Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you may send us a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the original claim.

Required Elements of a Valid Counter-Notification

Your written counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Design Intensification Gallery may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Send your counter-notification to our designated agent. We will review it and may restore the content if the original claimant does not initiate legal action within 10-14 business days.
